Just like in Vegas — we live and breathe service. We’ll do our best to make things right — even if it’s not our fault.

Orders that don’t contain the correct products or orders with products that arrive broken or damaged as a result of transit may be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost (shipping’s on us!). Please contact us at with your order number and, if it’s a damage claim, pictures of the item and packaging.

Requests for exchanges due to an error by the customer are eligible for replacement if the desired item is in stock (even then, we’ll try to find something you like or let you know when it will be back in stock). Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at with your order number and details of the request.

Simply unhappy? Talk to us and we’ll work with you! We’re usually happy to take back and issue a full refund for unused items, but may ask you to cover shipping. 

In general, we’ll work with you for a great experience! 


We ship via USPS in the most economical way possible — we usually lose money on any shipping fees passed on to our customers. 

All orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Neither option guarantees tracking or delivery by a specific date, but we’ll do our best to ship in a timely manner. 

Most orders ship within 24 hours if placed Sunday – Friday morning, but this is not guaranteed. 

You’ll see a notification once your order has shipped. 

We work hard to package all items carefully, but please contact us if an item arrives damaged. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, but we’ll go out of our way to make things right.
